Brilliant Jewelers respects and is committed to protecting your privacy.  This statement is made available in order to make you aware of our practices regarding the collection and use of individual information of the users of our site including what type of information is gathered and with whom it is shared.

Type of Individual Information Collected

When you subscribe to an online information service of Brilliant Jewelers, you are required to give basic contact information such as your name and email address.  This information is then used to contact you about the service on our site in which you have expressed interest.  When contacted, you will be prompted to enter demographic data such as your address, industry type, and investor type.  Also, information is collected about the your business interests (e-commerce, globalization, etc.).  While providing such information is optional, we do encourage it so as to be able to provide you with a more personalized service.

Brilliant Jewelers does not target children through its web site or any other marketing effort and we will not knowingly collect any information from children.  Should we find that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child, we will promptly delete this information from our records and databases.

Brilliant Jewelers’s web site contains links to other web sites, including those of our business partners.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these web sites or their parent companies.
